Mr Galizia schedules jobs on a daily and weekly basis. With Teletrac Navman, he can send the closest vehicle to any site. “Now that I know exactly how long it takes a truck to get from A to B, I can calculate travel time more accurately. I don’t have to make lots of phone calls to find out where the guys are and they can just get on with their work,” he says.
Timesheet savings of $2,000 per week
One of the first things Mr Galizia noticed after installing Teletrac Navman was a reduction in overtime claims. Because Teletrac Navman shows exactly when a truck arrives and then leaves a site, timesheets have become much more accurate, saving Azzona approximately $2,000 per week across the fleet.
