This promotion is being run by Navman Wireless Australia (Trading as Teletrac Navman) (ABN 50 123 981 457) of G02, 16 Giffnock Ave, Macquarie Park NSW 2113 ("we", “us”, “our” or the “promoter”)
This promotion is being run at the Brisbane Convention & Exhibition Centre during the Brisbane Truck Show event. (“the event”)
The event is being managed by Heavy Vehicle Industry Australia (ABN 66 009 819 756) of 2 115 Bluestone Cct Seventeen Mile Rocks QLD 4073 (“the event organiser”).
The promotional period runs from 10am AEST 18th May 2023 to 4pm 21st May 2023 .
Who can enter?
Entry is open to all customers and prospects attending the event in person other than:
the promoter’s officers, employees or contractors, and all of their immediate families;
other companies associated with the promotion; and
the event organiser’s officers, employees or contractors and all of their immediate families.
An entry from anyone who is not a customer will be deemed invalid.
If you are under the age of 18 years you must have parental/guardian consent to enter. The parent/guardian agrees to these terms and conditions of the promotion.
How do you enter?
To enter, you must, during either promotion period:
visit the Teletrac Navman stand at the event;
and have your name badge scanned by of our staff
(“eligible entry”)
Only one eligible entry per customer will be accepted.
Entries that are duplicated, incomplete, incorrect, ineligible, or illegible will be deemed invalid. We may also disqualify entries that do not comply with these terms and conditions.
Prize
This is a game of chance.
There is 1 prize to be won over entire promotional period.
The prize to be won is a PlayStation 5 Disc Console and the game On The Road - Truck Simulator valued $848.95 (incl. GST)
The winner will be decided by computerised draw of valid entries by Teletrac Navman, and
The draw will take place at 5.00pm AEST on 22st May 2023.
The first valid entry drawn will win the 1st prize.
Winners will be notified by telephone on the same day as the draw.
Our decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
Unclaimed prize draw
If a prize remains unclaimed after 1 month an unclaimed prize draw will take place on 22 June 2023 at the same time and place as the original draw, subject to any directions from State and Territory regulatory authorities. Winners will be notified by telephone and in writing within 2 days of the unclaimed prize draw.
Prize Conditions
You are only eligible to win one prize during the promotion. We reserve the right to withdraw a prize if there are no eligible entrants to receive that prize.
By accepting a prize, you agree to participate in and co-operate as required with all reasonable marketing activities relating to the prize including but not limited to being interviewed and photographed. We reserve the right to use your comments, image and name for advertising and publicity purposes in any media in perpetuity without compensation.
A prize, or any unused portion of a prize, cannot be transferred, exchanged or redeemed for cash. All other expenses associated with the prizes are the responsibility of the winners.
General
The promoter reserves the right, at any time, and in its sole discretion to:
request entrants to provide proof of identity and/or proof of valid entry,
disqualify any entrant who the promoter has reason to believe has breached any of these conditions or engaged in any unlawful or other improper conduct or any conduct calculated to jeopardise the fair and proper conduct of the promotion.
We are not liable for any prize that may be lost, stolen, forged, damaged or tampered with in any way after it leaves us.
We are not responsible for any variation in the value of a prize.
If we are unable to provide a winner with a prize (or part of a prize), we will supply an alternative prize (or that part of the prize) of greater or equal monetary value and/or specification, subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority.
If for any reason, the promoter or the event organiser are not able to conduct the promotion as planned, including due to tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, any technical difficulties or any other causes beyond either parties’ control, which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this promotion, the promoter and the event organiser reserve the right in their sole discretion to take any action that may be available, subject to State and Territory regulations.
The promoter and the event organiser exclude all warranties in relation to the quality, suitability or merchantability of a prize, except those that cannot be excluded by law. To the fullest extent permitted by law, any liability of the Promoter or the event organiser or their employees or agents for breach of any rights a consumer may have which are unable to be excluded under Australian Law, is limited to the payment of the costs of having the prize supplied again.
To the extent permitted by law, the promoter and the event organiser are not liable for any loss (including indirect and consequential loss) or damage or personal injury suffered or sustained in connection with the promotion including the supply of goods or services by any person to the prize winners, and where applicable to any persons accompanying the prize winners.

By entering this promotion, you agree that we may use the personal information we collect from you:
to conduct this promotion, including determining and notifying the winners, disclosing that information to prize suppliers and State and Territory regulatory authorities;
